Lab Tests for Optimal IV NAD Program

Minimal lab tests, if any, are performed by other clinics offering IV NAD.

This is unfortunate for the client because the improvement or outcome from the IV NAD will be only partial and the client will likely revert to their old symptoms over time.

Why is this?

Because underlying biochemical and hormonal issues have not be simultaneously addressed.

The reasons why we do such extensive lab testing is for the following reasons;

  • To understand the causes of a client’s symptoms that may be unrelated to the meds they are taking
  • Causes can be biochemical and/or hormonal which may be revealed by lab results
  • If there is a silent chronic infection then we must understand the health of the immune system which in part is determined by the number of white blood cells
  • Is there blood sugar dysregulation and how severe is it
  • Is there a liver or kidney issue
  • Are thyroid hormones sub-optimal or possibly elevated
  • Does the person have a thyroid autoimmune condition known as Hashimoto’s
  • Is there a deficiency of a hormone called vitamin D
  • Are there mineral deficiencies such as zinc or possibly elevated copper
  • Are there indications of malabsorption
  • Is the cholesterol too low, with this nutrient being essential for the making of steroid hormones such as estrogens, progesterone, testosterone and the adrenal hormone cortisol
  • Is there an iron deficiency or elevated iron which can lead to inflammation and premature aging of various organs
  • Is there an indication of systemic inflammation

All the labs listed below are included in the Optimal IV NAD Program and the results will help clarify the above points as well as many others.
